Just Walk!

You want to improve your fitness but you do not know where to start. Just walk. Find at least 30 minutes a day to go for a walk. Can't squeeze in 30 minutes, than do 20 or 10. The key is to get into the habit of walking every day. Soon, you will look forward to your walks and to not have your daily walk will be unthinkable. 

"But I do not have time!" Do you watch tv, surf the web, or play video games for 30 minutes a day? If so, then you have time. If not, you need to make time.  No excuses here, you owe it to yourself and your family to be healthy and extend your life.    

Always remember to get approval from your doctor before starting to exercise.
